Free delivery on all items over €50 in Ireland.Orders are subject to a delivery charge of €5 in the ROI, if the order value is less than €50.

We are now delivering to the UK , the EU and worldwide.These orders are subject to a delivery charge. You can contact us directly for a price

All delivery parcels are sent via An Post or a courier. As a rule, delivery time is 1-3 working days for Ireland and 5-10 working days for international deliveries after processing the order. This may take longer in busy periods such as sales and Christmas

An Post is our Irish courier service. They deliver Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm. They do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. For Bank holidays please allow an extra day for delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect items once they are dispatched.


We want you to love your Q23 Menswear purchases, so if anything you purchase online is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to provide a refund to your credit card, you have 14 days from when you receive the item to have it returned to us. All items returned must be in their original condition, tags attached, and items must be unworn. Any item received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery 8address. Please note all sale items and any item purchased in Our "Outlet"  have a 7 day return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. All tags must be intact.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs that you may incur in your purchase, unless the item is deemed faulty. 

We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such an item if necessary.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use the registered post option from An Post.

Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Coronavirus / Level 5 lockdown for returning items

We will accept returns while our store is closed due to level 5 lockdown, but before you return your item. We require you to email us first at for us to advise the next step to be taken 

Exceptions to what can be accepted for returns

In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

• Underwear

• Hats unless tags are still in place

• Gift cards

Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box

You are able to return any item you purchased in –store immediately (except for the exemptions as stated above) provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a sellable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an altaernative.

Refunds to your card can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, a Q23 Menswear gift voucher will be offered to you.
